Typical:  Common, conforming to a type.

Are you typical?  Neither am I!  Trade in the traditional buying experience and come work with me.  My motto is "Life is not a journey or a destination . . .it's an adventure.  Meeting new people and helping them find their home is the best part of being a Realtor.  Sure, there are times that this career is not fun.  In fact, it can be extremely challenging at times.  Overall, however, what could be more exciting than helping people move in to a house to make it their home.

I realize that most people have a "love/hate" attitude toward Realtors.  Believe me, I do too!  There are generally two extremes of Realtors; those that answer their phones and provide fabulous service and those that do not! (I'm the first one, not the last)  There are a few attributes that you should know about before you hire me as your Realtor.  I'm honest and candid.  I take pride in being approachable and friendly.  And  if you need a quick real estate brain, or a strong dose of honesty, you are in the right place.  Loyalty to family, clients, and friends is one of my core values.  I have been known as someone that finds fun in almost any situation.  If you don't think buying a home can be fun, you really have to give me a call.

Am I the Realtor for you?  Do I have the experience you need?  Until you tell me what you need, there is no way of knowing for sure.  Give me a call or send me a text.  I have a birddog mentality when someone tells me exactly what they are looking for.

On a personal level, I'm a pretty good cook and an excellent baker.  My dad was an auctioneer and I inherited his gift of gab.  I've been know to tell a tale or two.  On a professional level, skill-sets that I have developed over the last 50+ years include:  Listening, analyzing, and the almost lost art of thinking!  Some people talk about thinking outside the box.  I'm not sure what box they are talking about or where the box is.  Give me an idea of your dream home and the creative side of my brain starts to whirl.

Home buying also involves numbers, money, etc.  As surprising as this may be(and believe me, it sometimes surprises me too) I was in bookkeeping and tax preparation for 25 years before I became a Realtor.  That left side of my brain kickes in just when you need it.  And you know your accountant would never advise you to "buy more than you can afford".

As you can tell I bring traits of versatility and task accomplishment to the home buying experience. I have a gregarious personality and thrive on accomplishing various tasks with creativity and logic.  Sincerity . . .Flare . . .Authenticity.  A self-starter that plays well with others, but sometimes runs with sissors.

Give me a call or send me a text and let me have the opportunity to listen to what you need and think about whether we would be a good fit.  If we are not a fit, I bet I can find you a Realtor that is a fit!!
